Start Your Journey: It all begins with a free 30-minute consultation to learn your travel style, your dreams, and your expectations. We take the time to really know you and everyone traveling with you.
Personalized Approach: Once we receive the planning fee, we begin the research, relying on our experienced local partners to design a tailor-made itinerary that is truly special. We will provide options for your review and work together to refine the plan until you are happy with it.
Booking Your Trip: Your work is done so you can sit back and relax while we make all the arrangements for your trip. We will keep you updated about any changes that may arise. We will send you all your travel documents and your itinerary in a beautiful app that you can access on your trip or if you prefer, we can send you hard copies.
Worry-Free Travel - You've set off on your adventure and we are with you every step of the way working behind the scenes to smooth your way. If something comes up we will do our best to resolve the problem and get your vacation back on track.
Our Fees
As with any attentive and professional service, one expects to pay a fee to receive the value-added from the years of education and experience of the professional advisor. The best travel advisors will always charge a professional fee for the time, love, and attention to detail put into every trip they design. We are no different. We know there are many travel advisors from which to choose so we thank you for your willingness to give us a chance to earn and keep your travel business.
Travel Planning Services
Travel Planning services involve much time and research and are based on years of personal experience, relationships with suppliers, and professional expertise. The research includes but is not limited to: destinations, hotels, tours, cruises, and transportation. We will work with you and make every reasonable effort to ensure you are satisfied with the design of the trip.
Non-Refundable Fee: $250
Non-Refundable Group Planning Fee: $500
Full-Service Travel Booking
Whether we create your itinerary or not, we are a full-service agency and can make all of your travel arrangements so that you can enjoy a stress-free adventure. In addition to commissions that we may earn from suppliers, we also charge a booking fee of $75 per adult (if you paid our trip planning fee for a personalized itinerary, you will not be charged this booking fee unless you are part of a group)
